Our manufactured Piston Rings and Rider Rings are Perfect Circle to Seal properly by exerting outward unit pressure against the cylinder wall and right contact with the side of Piston Groove, low frictional characteristics ,natural lubricity and it also provides protection during start up , high pressure and wear resistance on or before oil films on cylinder develop.

Piston Sealing Rings functioning principals are:

A) To Prevent blowed gas by the Pistons to prevent gas from blowed by the piston.

B) Heat transfer from Piston through Cylinder Wall to outside.

CAST IRON: We manufacture piston rings and Oil Rings from Graded Cast Iron duly heat tensioned , works properly in different temperatures.

We manufacture Bronze Piston Rings of Various Grades accoring to specifications including common Grade of 80:10:10 (CU-SN-PB) Chilled Castings. Our manufactured Bronze Rings works properly in high temperature , pressure ,low lubrications and have wear resistance .

We have the right specified combinations for Piston and Piston Rod Sealing Components with properly utilized PTFE materials for Packing ,Sealing and Bearing properties in different characteristics of Reciprocating Compressors.

To achieve desireable properties we use selected fillers and combinations or proportioned of CARBON GRAPHITE, GLASS FIBRE, BRONZE and MOLY homogeneously blended with virgin PTFE for manufacturing PISTON RINGS, BEARING RINGS ,of any Designs include one-piece, segmental and composite rings including TWIN RING etc. as per customers specific requirements and diamensions. Other thermoplastic matetials like PEEK, MICARTA, PHOENOL etc. are also used for the above items as per specifications. Using our PTFE compressor piston rings, PTFE bull rings, Oil wiper rings no volume stream losses or inadmissible leakages can occur inside and outside the compressor.
